1、 Product Introduction

This testing machine is mainly used for testing the reciprocating friction and wear performance of materials, with high testing accuracy and strong reliability; Used for evaluating the wear resistance and other physical performance tests of materials. The mainframe of the testing machine consists of a computer and software control system, a complex motion worktable fixture, a servo drive control system for reciprocating motion, a servo loading system or constant force loading system for testing force, and a high-precision friction force measurement system. The servo drive mechanism drives the friction pair to perform linear reciprocating motion, and the test force is servo loaded onto the friction pair sample. The loading strength adopts automatic loading or constant force loading, and the servo drive mechanism drives the friction pair to perform reciprocating motion. The friction force, friction coefficient, friction amount, test curve and other friction parameters and curve changes are tested through a high-precision friction measurement system during the friction process, so as to measure the wear amount and friction coefficient under certain environmental conditions and pressure. Friction force, friction coefficient, friction time, friction loss and other test parameters can be arbitrarily set by the operator on the computer interface and controlled and displayed in real time by the computer. Corresponding parameter curves can be drawn, saved and printed out as test reports.
